DkIT Students Tackle Easter for St. Michael's House

As part of their final year project a group of students from DkIT have come up with a new idea to raise vital funds for St. Michael's House. The group of students are taking to the streets of Dublin next Saturday 7th April near the Aviva Stadium for the Leinster vs Cardiff Blues match.

They want to raise as much awareness as possible so everyone knows what they are there for. They will be selling Butlers chocolate truffle eggs all day onSaturday so fans can kick off Easter a little early! The eggs will be €2 and all proceeds will be going to St. Michael's House.

They also have two life size cardboard cut outs of cartoon rugby players. Fans will be able to place their heads at the stand and transform into a Leinster rugby player! Donating a small amount for the picture would be extremely helpful.

Jane O'Brien (Drogheda) said "We are delighted that as part of our final project in college we can help raise much needed funds for such a brilliant charity. St Michael's House do such great work for people with intellectual disabilities!"
