GBS beginning next phase

DkIT supported project, Global Border Studies (GBS), established in Nu Po Refugee Camp in 2010, will begin its post pilot phase in June with fifteen new students from Burma.

GBS seeks two teachers

GBS is seeking enthusiastic, committed teachers for its first post-pilot cycle. Through a blended learning approach of on-site and online tutoring, the school provides a tertiary-level standard programme of study to a multi-ethnic group of adults from Burma who seek to develop a deeper understanding of issues of ethnicity, development, conflict and peace in order to promote future development within their communities.
