Beginning for the End , by DkIT Composition Master's student Patrick Connolly has been hailed by the critics as a 'work of exceptional quality' and has won the Silver Medal in the Feis Ceoil composition awards 2012.

Ceol Oirghialla, DkIT Choir and Orchestra will present a concert of Choral Music in the inspirational setting of the Church of the Holy Redeemer at Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk on Wednesday April 25th at 7.30pm.

Viennese flautist Karin Leitner will give a recital and master class this Thursday (17th) in the Fr McNally Recital Room at 2.30 pm. She will be accompanied on piano by music lecturer Anthony Norton. Leitner will then give a master-class to the undergraduate classical groups. All welcome.
