DkIT Fencing Club raised over €500 for SOSAD

DKIT Fencing Club in collaboration with Boyne Valley Fencing Club, held a fundraising event for SOSAD (Save Our Sons and Daughters) in Scotch Hall in Drogheda on Good Friday.

DkIT Students Tackle Easter for St. Michael's House

As part of their final year project a group of students from DkIT have come up with a new idea to raise vital funds for St. Michael's House. The group of students are taking to the streets of Dublin next Saturday 7th April near the Aviva Stadium for the Leinster vs Cardiff Blues match.

Quality Second Hand Goods Needed

Third year Cultural Studies students are holding an event called 'Second Impressions' in the Hospitality training restaurant on the 8th of March in aid of Crumlins Childrens Hospital and the local St. Vincent de Paul charity shops in Dundalk.

The toys were delivered to the Supervalue in Ardee for distribution by the local St. Vincent de Paul to children in the area.

Simon Week 2011 – Believe in People

Simon Week 2011 takes place from October 3rd to 9th and there are a range of events taking place which will help raise awareness of the many issues surrounding those who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless in Dundalk & the North East.
